At the ICE Conference Wrestling Quad on Thursday January 16, 2025 at 5:30 pm, we will celebrate Coach Murphy Night in the WHS Main Gymnasium. As you know, Coach Murphy had tremendously successful 28 year career as Head Wrestling Coach at WHS. Coach Murphy was inducted into the Illinois Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association Hall of Fame in 2011 and the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2023.
In honor and recognition of his outstanding career, we dedicate the WHS Main Gym as "Rob Murphy Gymnasium."
