Today is a B-Day.   

Interact Club Meeting today during WT in the District Board Room.

Good Luck to the WHS Competitive Cheer Team as they compete in Springfield at the I.C.C.A State Championships tomorrow.

Freshmen, sophomores and juniors who want to work in the TRADES should attend a program at Dresden next Thursday night from 5-7pm.  You will learn about how to get an internship with Constellation, and leave high school with a job that pays $38/hour.  You and your parents are invited.  You should register to attend -- stop in the Guidance Office for an information sheet.

Juniors Class Meeting in the Cafetorium on Monday January 13th during WT.

Sophomore Class Meeting in the Cafetorium on Tuesday January 14th during WT.

Wilco will not be in session on Wednesday January 15th.  Wilco students may leave after 2A class on 1/15/25.

Senior Class Rep Meeting during WT in Room 223 (Ms. Mosier’s Room) on Tuesday January 14th.

FCA Meeting on Wednesday January 15th in the District Board Room during WT.

Book Club Meeting in the Library during WT on Thursday January 16th.

NHS Meeting in Mrs. Maupin’s Room 101 on Friday January 17th during WT.

Free Tutoring continues for the semester every Tuesday from 3:10-4:10pm.  Tutoring will be available with Ms. Keane for English and Essays, with Mrs. Maupin for Math, and with Mr. Ivanoff for Science.

All students must be parked in their assigned parking spot.  Be sure to pick-up and complete a yellow driver application form in the main office.  Return it along with a $50.00 payment to Krista ASAP.  All students must have their vehicles registered in the main office.

If you are planning on applying to National Honor Society, or for college scholarships in the future, it is important for you to document your volunteer hours and collect supervisor signatures.  Pick up a volunteer log in the Guidance Office. To qualify for National Honor Society, students need at least 50 hours of community service. 

Struggling, Stressed, Sad, Concerned for a Friend, or Just Need Someone to Talk Text To?   Use the Text a Tip Hotline anytime at 1-844-823-5323.  As always, our school counselors are available to talk with you as well.   A note will be sent to your school email later today with more information.

WHS Students:  please continue to monitor your grades thru your Skyward Account.  Please check your school email 2-3 times daily.

The Service Road between WHS and WMS/SIS is Off-Limits to bike riders and walkers before and after school.   The service road is for buses only in the morning and afternoon.   Vehicles should not drive on the service road as it is reserved for the School Buses.   No Skateboards on WHS property.

Students driving to and from school day should obey the Speed Limit and Stop Signs.  Especially on Wildcat Court, watch your speed limit.  Please take the responsibility as a driver to follow driving laws.    Please take extra caution with the snow, ice, and wind when arriving and departing.
